Our ideal candidate is friendly, flexible, and ready to collaborate and work alongside other team members to serve customers quickly. Responsibilities include greeting guests, taking food orders, preparing food, and pouring drinks. Some customer service experience is preferred. If this sounds like a great opportunity, apply today! Responsibilities: • Clean the restaurant thoroughly every day by clearing tables, returning trays to the kitchen, sweeping and mopping the floor, washing and sterilizing cooking items, and maintaining the restrooms• Cook alongside kitchen staff, take the necessary safety steps and adhere to sanitary standards• Welcome customers as they enter the establishment and guide them to where they should sit or stand to place an order• Address guest complaints in a timely and courteous manner and work to find solutions within the guidelines of the restaurant's policy Qualifications: • We prefer some experience working in the food service industry• This role requires a strong emphasis on putting the guest first and providing exceptional customer service• Show excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customers and coworkers• Displays impeccable time management and organizational skills Compensation: $17 - $20 hourly About Company: Explore handmade pastas, authentic Roman-style pizzas, focaccia sandwiches, fresh salads, and more at Stefani's Bottega Italiana.
