Our successful entry-level financial advisor candidate has a passion for developing long-term relationships and an interest in financial data, estate planning, business administration, mutual funds, and more. Responsibilities: • Seek, identify, and secure strong relationships with new clients by serving as their trusted financial advisor• Work directly with clients to compile financial profiles that allow you to provide sound financial advice based on each person’s individual financial status, income, financial goals, and other factors contributing to wealth management• Provide strategic recommendations for products, plans, investments, and other methods to help clients achieve financial goals• Consider clients’ life stage, professional circumstances, and changing financial needs when developing tailored financial plans to suit their needs• Serve as a collaborative team player willing to further development through continued training opportunities Qualifications: • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, financial planning software, Google Suite, and other tools strongly preferred• A required Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or similarly related field• Superior communication, relationship building, and math skills to establish a strong foundation of customer service for all clients• Basic understanding of the role of a financial advisor or financial consultant, as well interest in the financial industry and financial products is necessary• Valid FINRA Series 7 & 63/66 preferred but not required• Up-to-date FINRA Series 65 and Insurance License are a bonus Compensation: $45,000 - $55,000 About Company: The law office of DuPont and Blumenstiel is a rapidly growing law firm centered in Dublin, Ohio and serving clients throughout the United States.
