Be part of a thriving, growing region! We are hiring IMMEDIATELY for an Intensive Case Management Therapist to join one of our community mental health providers! Salary: $70K - $87K. Summary:This position will perform comprehensive psychosocial mental health assessments, updates, and reviews. Additionally upon assessment, they will further direct client contact observation, identify appropriate DSM diagnosis, and develop client-centered treatment plans with the goal of hospital diversion, increasing client independence, and/or finding the most appropriate and least restrictive placement. The ICM Therapist will demonstrate the ability to develop therapeutic rapport with clients and maintain clear, consistent, appropriate, and therapeutic boundaries. Requirements:Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related fieldMUST also meet OAR requirement for QMHP by having completed TWO (2) YEARS of post-graduate clinical experience in a mental health treatment setting "Careers and companies flourish when staff, clients, and candidates truly believe in the mission, know the role they play, and humbly reflect, evaluate, and act for the best interest of the communities served".
