JOB PURPOSE: Reporting to the Health, Safety and Wellness Manager, the Health, Safety & Wellness Specialist is responsible for providing support in all areas of health and safety and for driving continuous improvement in all departments. In addition to health and safety, this position is responsible for leading Conestoga's security and wellness programs. This position also acts as a Specialist to ensure timely completion of continuous improvement projects. WHY WORK AT CONESTOGA MEATS?
