Local owner of a small gated apartment complex in Columbus, GA is looking to hire a resident manager. Since the property is managed by a local real estate company, rental leases and rent collection would be handled by them. The duties of the resident manager would be to monitor the grounds, answer tenant questions, show property and preform preventative inspections. Compensation for this position would be free rent.
