Onin Staffing- We Don t Hire Temps, We Hire Teammates Onin Staffing is currently hiring for Production, Warehouse, and Assembly Workers in the Elizabethtown, KY area. This is a temporary (teammate)-to-hire position with a great opportunity to become part of a thriving company with numerous opportunities for advancement. Every new Teammate starts with a mentor to assure that you understand your responsibilities, work activities as well as all the safety measures in place. A majority of the work as a Production worker will involve placing windshields into the wash area and then onto conveyor belt, perform quality checks on product, throw away paper off of packaging, and stack windshields into trays. The environment is very fast paced and is not climate controlled. Must be a quick learner, fast paced, willing to rotate if needed, a team player and motivated. You will be working with different types of windshields: lamination, tempered and EVA. Duties for Production, Warehouse, and Assembly Workers: Loading and unloading windshields for wash Loading windshields onto conveyor belt Throwing away paper from product Assuring quality of product Pulling bad product Must be able to rotate on line if needed May operate sit down forklift Qualifications for Production, Warehouse, and Assembly Workers: To qualify for this position, you must have at least: High school diploma or GED Minimum 6 months of Production experience Ability to stand, bend, and stoop for long periods of time Ability to use your hands throughout the entire shift Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly for up to 12 hrs Ability to pass a background check and drug screen Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment Production Worker / Warehouse experience preferred Must wear steel toes shoes, long pants, long sleeve shirts Shifts 12 Hour Shifts: First shift (with mandatory OT): 06:50 AM 07:00 PM Second shift (with mandatory OT): 06:50 PM 07:00 AM Salary: $9.00 to $9.50 /hour. Once you are hired on (Temp to Hire / Direct Hire), your salary goes up to $14 - $15 per hour. There is a 2 year pay progression that will put you are up to $21 / Hour.
