Currently offering a $500 Sign on bonus Paid Training Hands on experience Internal Promotions Employee recognition Competitive wages Strawberry Fields Inc. is currently hiring part-time Direct Support Professionals to work with individuals with intellectual disabilities as well as having a physical disability. Job duties include providing basic care needs including assisting with personal care, emotional support, emotional management, cleaning, administering medication, goals, documentation, accompanying clients to appointments, community outings, etc. Hours include mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and sleepover shifts. That is right, get paid to sleep! Starting salary for part-time is $13/hour for direct care. We also provide internship opportunities so this would be a great job opportunity for students interested in human services and mental health. High School diploma or GED equivalent, Valid PA driver's license and pre-employment drug screening required. Testimony First, I would like to say its way more than just a job in my eyes.
