As an Assistant Lawn Care Lead, your main role is to assist in completing weekly mowing routes and lawn treatments. We strive to provide the best outdoor solutions. This includes leaving no shortcuts to quality service. • Family owned and operated company. Join our family today!• New equipment that's regularly maintained.• Team outings. Responsibilities:• Able to apply Granular & Liquid fertilizer and weed control. • Apply the correct amounts of materials. Mix correct amounts. • Diagnose trouble areas. Communicate with customers. • Educate customers and neighbors. • Operate push and ride-on spreaders/sprayers.• Assist mowing crews when needed. Qualifications:• Pass a pesticide applicator test. • Have a valid driver's license, with a clean driving record.• Positive customer service skills.• Have or be willing to get a DOT medical card.• Drive a truck & 20' Trailer. • Connect a trailer up correctly. • Complete scheduled clients' jobs, with the highest quality. • Time management. • Complete basic mechanical maintenance to Equipment. • Provide customer service to clients and neighbors. • Snow plowing experience is an added bonus.
