Viking TSG is looking for an Armed Security Officer to join our team. The Armed Security Officer is responsible for protecting the client and assigned property from any criminal activity or trespassing. The ideal candidate will have strong written and verbal communication, excellent observational skills and previous surveillance experience, preferably in a law enforcement environment. This person should have the ability to remain calm in high-pressure situations while exhibiting patience and a superb attention to detail. Compensation : $ 27.00 per hou rHours: 16 hours per week Shift available: Friday & Saturday from 9pm to 5am Responsibilities: Patrol the grounds as assigned, regularly. If suspicious activity is detected, refer to the local authorities. Crowd control, entrance control Protection of staff and guests Enforce the rules Remove wrongdoers or trespassers Respond to any alerts of suspicious activity. If a person is under suspicion of criminal activity, secure the environment and person, and report to the local authorities. Perform other related duties as assigned. Requirements: Eligible to work in the United States Open schedule on weekends and night shifts Armed Security License with the state of Texas Physically able to stand for long periods, and detain an individual if necessary Must have your own firearm, duty belt, flashlight, handcuffs and gloves At least 3 years of experience as armed security officer or similar experience in the Military or Law enforcement Law enforcement and Military candidates are a plus.Powered by JazzHR
