Family Practice physician job in California : Description We are a family practice group based in the Inland Empire. We currently operate in 6 locations. We are looking for compassionate, dedicated Physicians to join our team of highly professional providers to accommodate our ongoing growth and exponentially growing patient base of PPO, HMO, Medicare, and Medi-Cal patients.Our Physicians are responsible for providing comprehensive, quality care for our patient population by treating, diagnosing, and educating patients on all matters pertaining to their health and well-being. The Physician will manage both episodic and chronic conditions while maintaining an emphasis on wellness, health education, and preventative medicine.Physicians actively engage in continuing education in an effort to maintain and grow their professional knowledge and leadership skills. Overall, they are expected to demonstrate our Core Culture in their interactions with patients, staff, and peers. Physician Benefits Sign-on Bonus of $10,000 Annual Provider Incentive Bonus Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage (company paid for employee & eligible dependents) Six weeks of PTO (prorated for the 1st year) CME Allowance of $2,000 per calendar year CME Paid Time off (5 Days) CA Board Fees, Board Certification, and DEA Renewal Reimbursement Retention Bonus of $7,500 after completing two years of service (and every two years of service thereafter) BLS and ACLS Reimbursement Malpractice Insurance Up To Date Subscription Requirements Graduate of an approved medical school with an MD or DO Successful completion of an approved internship and residency Board Certified or Board Eligible Current California Physician and Surgeon's License Current BLS and ACLS Current DEA Current NPI Salary Description $220,000.00 - $250,000.00
