Supporting Documentation: Develop supporting materials such as cover letters, compliance statements, System Designs, equipment details, and system operation documents to enhance the clarity and completeness of proposals. Collaboration: Work closely with Internal Sales Engineers, External Sales Engineers, and various departments to ensure a seamless flow of information and resources. Collaboration is key in efficiently meeting client requirements. Efficient Handling: Manage sales enquiries efficiently to meet business deadlines and requirements, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction. Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the refinement of our sales processes and documentation to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Requirements: Experience: Proven experience in estimating for Fire Alarm systems, with a strong understanding of related documentation and compliance standards. Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail in preparing accurate and comprehensive project offers and supporting documentation. Communication Skills: Effective communication skills to liaise with internal teams, external stakeholders, and clients. Collaborative Mindset: Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team to achieve common goals.
