If you have a passion for sushi and people and are looking for a new challenge, keep reading Floor Manager Responsibilities: Alongside the General Manager and Restaurant Manager, you will support the day-to-day restaurant operations Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure each service runs smoothly Ensure each service is carried out successfully and guest satisfaction is prioritised throughout.
