This role requires a seasoned professional with exceptional technical skills, managerial expertise, and a proven track record in optimizing energy efficiency across diverse projects and client companies. The Energy Engineering Manager will drive the team to bring impactful, measurable and cost effective energy impacts to companies’ Private Sector, Community and Public Sector clients. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of engineers dedicated to optimizing energy consumption and sustainability for our clients’ businesses. Collaborate with clients to understand their energy needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and propose tailored solutions. Oversee long and complex energy consultancy projects, including large-scale Energy Audits, Energy Master Plans, and the production of guidance documents. Provide technical expertise and guidance to the engineering team in executing energy efficiency projects for clients. Analyse energy consumption data, prepare reports, and present findings to clients, highlighting opportunities for cost savings and environmental impact reduction. Ensure compliance with energy regulations, codes, and standards across all client projects while fostering continuous improvement initiatives. Oversee and drive team-wide fee performance, including.
