The Republican is seeking to hire Press Operators for immediate employment. Position is responsible for the set-up, operation, and maintenance of press, as well as managing the manufacturing processes associated with equipment, with an emphasis on productivity, quality, and safety. Come join our rapidly expanding commercial print department. The Republican prints dozens of publications in New England and beyond. Experience is a plus not necessary, we are willing to train individuals with the desire and drive to learn. Apply today! Apply today if you have: Strong mechanical skills Computer familiarity Manual and physical dexterity Flexibility with schedule And you can: Lift up to 50 pounds Work independently as well as part of a team Work nights including weekends Education and Experience: High School Graduate or equivalent. 3-5 years printing experience is required Physical Requirements: Standing-90%, Walking-30%, Lifting, Carrying, Pushing, Pulling 25-50lbs.
