Business Analyst, BA, Contract We are currently looking for a Business Analyst to join out client on an initial 6 month contract based in Manchester. -.Business Analyst, BA, Contract We are currently looking for a Business Analyst to join out client on an initial 6 month contract based in Manchester. - Duration: 6 Months - Location: Hybrid 2 days a week on site in Manchester - IR35: Inside IR35 As the Business Analyst will be joining a team where you will be working on the discovery phase of a projecting, looking at the clients products, conducting gap analysis and understanding the product processes and why they are carried out. This work will contribute towards possible product consolidation. Key Skills we are looking for: - Senior Stake Holder management you will hold demonstrable experience of having communicated effectively and persuasively with Senior Stakeholders. - Viso and Miro would be highly desirable - Thorough knowledge of business and data analysis tools and techniques such as requirements engineering, structured analysis and design, process mapping and component business modelling, business process re-engineering. - Communication skills - both written and spoken - using a variety of methods; the ability to get the message across and relative to the audience. - Manages professional relationships, listens, encourages discussion and promotes two-way communication. - Thorough knowledge of project lifecycle delivery methodologies iterative and waterfall in a technical environment. - Comprehensive knowledge of technical product management and development methodologies, underpinned by strong software design principles. - Experience of a variety of project management methods, both iterative and waterfall, applied in business-to-business, or business-to-consumer solutions. - Ability to simplify complex problems, processes or projects into component parts and to explore them systematically.
