Requirements:Admission to the New York Bar.3-8 years of experience as a Transactional Real Estate Associate Attorney.Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Skills:Significant experience in acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, development deals, and financings.Comprehensive knowledge of transactional real estate law.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
