The ideal candidate will have a robust background in complex commercial litigation, shareholder disputes, white-collar matters, and internal investigations. The firm values individuals who have demonstrated the ability to handle high-level assignments with efficiency and produce work of superior quality. Duties:Conduct legal research and analysis to support litigation strategy.Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and arbitrations.Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies.Provide legal advice and guidance to clients. Requirements:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the State Bar in which the firm operates.Litigation experience in a law firm setting.Strong written and oral communication skills.Excellent research and analytical abilities.Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Experience: 3-5 years of significant litigation experience, preferably in a comparable law firm. Skills:Litigation expertise in complex commercial cases.Proficient in legal research and writing.Strong communication and advocacy skills.Ability to multitask and manage high-level assignments.Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing superior work products.
