The ideal candidate should possess excellent academic credentials, exceptional drafting and analytical skills, and a proven track record of working with private equity sponsors. Duties:Drafting and negotiating purchase and merger agreements.Creating and reviewing LLC and LP agreements.Handling ancillary transaction documents.Meeting day-to-day requirements of private equity fund and portfolio company clients. Requirements:Minimum of 4-5 years of private equity and MA experience.Strong drafting, writing, and analytical skills.Attention to detail and organizational skills.Previous large firm experience working with private equity sponsors.Excellent academic credentials. Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school. Certifications:Admission to the Bar in the relevant jurisdiction. Skills:Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills.Project management skills.Familiarity with private equity fund operations.Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
