We’re seeking a positive, personable customer service representative for a rewarding career opportunity! You’ll connect with new people, tackle tough problems, and raise the bar on an excellent customer experience. We welcome applicants who are interested in upward mobility, a positive work environment, and can’t wait to get started! Responsibilities: • Keep track of customer accounts and make updates with new account information as necessary• Communicate frequent customer suggestions to the team to troubleshoot• Regularly meet with sales lead to receive the newest service and product knowledge• Reply to incoming calls from customers including products and service questions, general information, and complaints• Follow scripts when managing challenging customer issues and escalate to the appropriate party when needed• Interacts with our billing, sales and success teams to provide admin support• Take direction from the office administrator to support the overall company growth Qualifications: • Display strong communication skills, active listening skills, and personal skills• High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent• Strong knowledge of customer interface and interaction• Experience working with traditional office clerical tools like Microsoft 365, Quickbooks etc.• Ability to multi-task and change direction quickly in support of a busy office• Ready to learn new roles in a backup and support capacity• Experience with billing or service management positions is a plus Compensation: $18 - $20 hourly About Company: Prizm is a leader in delivering enterprise-level technology services.
