Busy Real estate office in the Tri-City area of Great Vancouver is looking to hire a dynamic, energetic and organized In-house assistant. This position will be an evolving role that will involve not only administrative tasks such as answering the phone and assisting clients, but will also include managing lead generation systems and follow up. The role will begin as a part time, telecommuting position during a 3 month trial period in which your performance will be evaluated. You will be trained on the lead generation system (1 day) and then will work from home managing lead generation systems with weekly meetings with the owner. If after 3 months the owner is impressed with your performance, a full-time, In-house position will be offered. Skills needed: Ability to follow directions the first time Highly organized Impressive presentation skills Dynamic follow up skills Experience in Real Estate is not required. We are more interested in hiring someone who can be given a task and run with it and produce results! We are looking for a Rockstar!
