Job Title: Deskside Support Technician Location: Minneapolis, MN - Onsite Type: Fulltime / Permanent - Salary Based role Skill ESM - Desktop management Skill Desktop Management - Infrastructure Services (IS) Minimum Experience 4 - 8 Years Job Description: --- Hardware repair of Laptops (Client & Lenovo) and iPads( standard and Air). --- Uses installed Unified Endpoint Management and XDR systems to ensure all endpoints have up-to-date patches, backups and A/V scans. --- Experience on Office 365 application troubleshooting and licensing model --- Imaging of laptops to the standard image available. --- Setting the equipment's (laptops & iPads) as per customer policy. --- Advanced OS/software troubleshooting that cannot be resolved over the phone. --- Thorough knowledge of iOS operating system, its upgrades and related troubleshooting. --- Moderate knowledge of Android operating system, its upgrades and related troubleshooting. --- Knowledge to troubleshoot VPN issues related to Pulse secure, VPN On demand, Pulse client etc. on IPads and Laptops. --- Experienced troubleshooting of wireless and wired networks.
