Job Title: Zscaler CASB and DLP Administrator Location: Los Angeles, California (Day one onsite) Positions: Fulltime Role Purpose: The Zscaler CASB and DLP Administrator is responsible for ensuring the effective deployment, configuration, and ongoing management of the Zscaler CASB and DLP solutions, helping the organization maintain data security, compliance, and visibility in a cloud-first environment. Role Responsibilities: Solution Deployment: Deploy and integrate the Zscaler CASB and DLP solutions within the organization's IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless integration with existing security tools and systems. Configuration and Policy Management: Configure CASB and DLP policies that enforce data security, compliance, and access control for cloud applications and data transfers. Data Visibility and Monitoring: Monitor user activities and data transfers across cloud applications to detect and prevent unauthorized access, sharing, or leakage of sensitive information. Threat Detection and Incident Response: Configure threat detection policies to identify potential security threats, malware, and data breaches, and respond to incidents as needed. User and Device Management: Manage user identities, access controls, and device authentication within the Zscaler environment to ensure secure access to cloud applications. Data Loss Prevention: Implement and manage DLP policies to prevent the unauthorized sharing of sensitive data and ensure compliance with data protection regulations. Integration with Security Information and Event Management (SIEM): Integrate Zscaler CASB and DLP logs and events with SIEM tools for centralized security monitoring and analysis. Policy Enforcement: Enforce security policies for remote and mobile users accessing cloud applications from different locations and devices. Incident Investigation and Reporting: Investigate security incidents, analyze logs, and generate reports to provide insights into user activities and security events. Vendor Relationship: Collaborate with Zscaler support and account teams to stay updated on product updates, best practices, and potential enhancements. Qualifications and Requirements: Strong understanding of cloud security concepts, CASB, and DLP solutions. Experience with Zscaler CASB and DLP platforms, including administration and configuration. Knowledge of data security regulations and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA). Familiarity with security controls and best practices related to data protection and access control. Proficiency in managing user identities, access policies, and authentication methods. Strong analytical skills for investigating security incidents and anomalies. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
