Title: Radiology Technologist - Join a Leading Medical Center in Richmond, VA Location: Richmond, VA Position Type: Permanent Salary Range: $27.36 - $35.30 per hour (based on experience) Sign-On Bonus: Up to $15,000 Relocation Assistance: Case by case basis Schedule: Various shifts available, including evenings, weekends, and rotating schedules Job Summary and Duties: We are seeking skilled and compassionate Radiology Technologists to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for obtaining high-quality radiographs of patients using both departmental and portable equipment. You will comply with radiation safety guidelines, operate radiographic equipment safely, and perform necessary computer operations. Additionally, you will render patient care in a professional and courteous manner, prepare examination rooms, assist radiologists, review exam results for accuracy, and maintain strict confidentiality. Qualifications: Graduate of an AMA-approved School of Radiologic Technology American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT) certification required within 6 months of hire Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) Health Care Provider certification Preferred: Society of Radiologic Technology membership Preferred: Virginia Society of Radiologic Technology membership Preferred: Minimum of one year of experience as a Radiology Technologist, but new graduates are welcome to apply Additional Information: Various shifts available, including weeknights, weekends, and rotating schedules, with differentials for night, weekend, and evening shifts Competitive salary range: $27.36 (0 years of experience) to $35.30 (10+ years of experience) per hour Benefits: Competitive salary with shift differentials Comprehensive benefits package Opportunities for professional development and advancement Supportive and collaborative work environment If you are a skilled Radiology Technologist seeking an opportunity to work in a leading medical center, we invite you to apply.
