Position Overview Our Food & Beverage (F&B) Team is an important part of our Guest Services Team, and is responsible for ensuring we deliver an amazing guest experience at every interaction. Members of our F&B Team are responsible for maintaining a spotless environment, ensuring we deliver amazing customer service and delicious food to our guests! Whether it's a meal, snack or beverage, our F&B Team provides service with a smile! Duties & Responsibilities As with all positions on our team, live Team Outsider’s values, helping to create extraordinary experiences for our guests while performing the responsibilities of your position. Provide superior guest service by being enthusiastic, attentive, friendly and helpful. Perform the safe handling, storage and preparation of food items. Prepare food to specifications using various food preparation equipment such as a grill, deep fryer, microwave oven, toaster oven, coffee maker, etc. Clean all food and liquid spills immediately after they happen. At the end of your shift, ensure the proper cleaning of all kitchen surfaces and cooking appliances. Always maintain a neat and well groomed appearance, wearing appropriate team attire and name tag. Greet all guests with a smile and a positive attitude. This job description is not intended to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities. Basic food preparation experience. Experience with POS systems and cash sales. The ability to understand and speak the English language fluently. Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Excellent customer services skills. Physical Requirements Must be able to lift and carry 25 pounds occasionally and 10 pounds regularly. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance. Must be able to hear and speak clearly, and communicate comprehensively. Must be able to stand for long periods of time (up to 80%). Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and climb.
