Full Job Description The Customer Service Representative serves as the primary contact for customers and sales regarding order status, product and pricing questions, and administration of Danieli spare parts and products. Primary Job Duties: Answer incoming calls and emails from external and internal customers regarding order status, product questions, pricing and availability. Assist customers with defective products or service issues. Issuing offers, order confirmations, material requisitions, and purchase orders into the MRP/SAP system Logistics and the planning and control of the flow of goods and materials through the Company. Maintain order tracking spreadsheets and department schedules. Research order pricing or shipment discrepancies. Issue return authorizations, credits and/or file claims as needed. Work with customers to resolve discrepancies on orders including pricing variances or inventory shortages. Run reports to identify orders with inventory issues and adjust orders as needed. Handle customer questions regarding orders and find solutions Provide administrative support to the sales and management teams Preferred Qualifications: Associates degree or equivalent work experience. Experience with an MRP/SAP system Experience with data entry Must be able to multi-task in a fast paced environment. Strong organizational and problem solving skills. Ability to work independently. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
