The successful candidate will play a lead role in major litigation, taking and defending depositions, writing and arguing substantive motions, and meaningfully participating on trial teams, including preparing witnesses, pretrial arguments, and strategy. The position requires 8+ years of trial-focused civil litigation experience involving patents.Duties:Develop standup and trial experience in high-stakes technology disputes.Lead major litigation cases, taking and defending depositions.Write and argue substantive motions with proficiency.Meaningfully participate in trial teams, including preparing witnesses, pretrial arguments, and overall strategy.Requirements:8+ years of trial-focused civil litigation experience involving patents.Juris Doctorate degree.Strong substantive legal skills.Ability to lead and manage case teams with limited partner supervision.Undergraduate degrees in engineering, chemistry, biology, and/or computer science fields are valuable.Skills:Proficiency in trial-focused civil litigation.Strong legal research and writing abilities.Leadership and case management skills.Excellent oral advocacy skills.Strategic thinking and pretrial preparation expertise.
