Aerial Direct's People Services Team is growing and we are looking for a Learning & Development Business Partner to support our operational teams. Partnering with key departments to understand their training needs and creating engaging content around product and process to improve efficiencies across the business. What does the role involve? Design, develop & deliver training programmes for new starters and existing employees Review and improve the induction and onboarding process and deliver company induction Work with each department to understand career opportunities and provide development paths for each area Conduct organisation-wide training needs backssment and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed backss instructional effectiveness and determine the impact of training on employee skills and KPIs Support with the implementation of a Learning Management System and ensure the business is compliant regarding regulatory training Manage the Learning Management System working with learners and managers to ensure courses are delivered on time and to the required standard Create engaging learning using a range of materials and platforms and ensure delivery is tailored to learner needs Support the Sales L&D Business Partner with contact centre sales training and coaching when required What's in it for you?
