A FedEx Ground contractor, in Lafayette, IN is now looking for FedEx drivers for full time schedules. Drivers dispatch from the Lafayette FedEx Ground terminal and deliver in town, very close to the terminal. We are the only Lafayette contractor that delivers in town! http:// Pay: Starts at $140 - $150 per day(Finish early and still get paid for the full day)!Work Hours: 8:00AM until route completion (drivers typically work 8-10 hours per day)Schedules Available: Tuesday to SaturdayTerminal Address: 3815 David Howarth Dr., Lafayette, IN 47909Delivery Driver Benefits: Paid training Weekly paycheck Health Insurance PTO Safety, Peak, and Spot Bonuses Overtime pay for drivers that would like to work over 40 hours/week No micromanaging Raises and opportunity for growth Uniforms Provided Delivery Driver Requirements:(Previous experience with CDL, FedEx, Amazon, UPS, USPS, or DHL a plus) At least 21 years of age Clean driving record - no accidents or violations in 3 years. Background Check required Must be able to pass a Drug Test and DOT Medical/Physical Exam (Employer reimbursement provided) Ability to lift up to 150 lbs. and work in all weather conditions Ability to make 110-180 stops per day Duties of Delivery Driver: Maintain 100% service performance – Deliver all the packages every day in a timely manner The ability to locate suburban addresses using GPS and/or maps is a must Complete pre and post trip vehicle inspections Follow FedEx Ground procedures for scanning and handling packages Ensure truck and packages are secure at all times. Wear proper uniform while at work at all times Ensure all Safety Incidents are properly reported to the Business Contacts SAFETY, INTEGRITY, SERVICE, and ATTENDANCE are top priorities!Bilingual, Military, and Veteran applicants are strongly encouraged to apply!Powered by JazzHR
