Lease Operator

Description:
RESPONSIBILITIES * Monitor and control oil and gas production from assigned leases to ensure maximum efficiency and profitability. * Conduct routine inspections of well sites, facilities, and equipment to ensure proper operation and maintenance. * Monitor and maintain accurate records of production, injection, and operating data for all wells. * Perform maintenance and repairs on production equipment, including pumps, separators, and pipelines. * Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations and guidelines related to oil and gas production. * Coordinate with third-party service providers to ensure the safe and efficient completion of well maintenance and repair activities. * Respond to emergency situations, such as spills or equipment malfunctions, in a timely and effective manner. * Maintain effective communication with supervisors, co-workers, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth and efficient operation. * Experience with oilfield software (e.g., SCADA, CYGNET, eVin) is preferred. * SAP Experience QUALIFICATIONS * Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. * Knowledge of oil and gas production equipment and processes * Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively with other operators, supervisors, and management. * Good organizational skills and attention to detail * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. * Willingness to work flexible hours and be on-call as required. * Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check and drug test. Physical Requirements: * Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. * Ability to work in outdoor environments in various weather conditions. * Ability to climb ladders and stairs and work at heights. * Ability to work in confined spaces and wear personal protective equipment as required.
