The Manager of is accountable for the analysis of TJX Canada's business operations for the purposes of measuring and forecasting future business performance. This position leads a Manager and team of Financial Analysts, and leverages strong business partnerships to drive the financial processes for projection, planning, and budgeting. Leads data analytics, financial modeling, and presentation of financial information to support key business initiatives and decision support. Identifies process opportunities to enhance automation and efficiencies within the FP&A team. Lead financial presentations to stakeholders, to provide periodic financial updates. Drives and owns the development, execution, and monitoring of short to mid-term (1-3 years) functional strategy and the operational direction of the FP&A Department.
