Compensation Range: $62,000-$75,000 Compensation may vary based on applicant's work experience, education level, skill set, and/or location. Job Purpose The Recruiting Coordinator will be responsible for supporting all recruiting and talent acquisition activities. The incumbent will work closely with the Recruiters and Talent Sourcers to ensure a positive experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process. The Recruiting Coordinator has overall accountability for scheduling interviews, formatting job postings, Provide support to the HR department to help drive business objectives in all areas of Human Resources. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Assist with recruitment activities which includes setting up interviews and processing offer letters. Assist with onboarding and orientation.
