We're on the lookout for an HR Generalist who's ready to jump in and join our dynamic team. Were thinking of someone whos not just experienced in the HR realm, but also genuinely passionate about creating a workplace where everyone feels valued and included. You'll be our go-to person for recruitment, employee relations, benefits, and a whole lot more. Heres what youd be up to: Employee Relations: Youll be the friendly face handling employee questions and concerns, making sure our workplace is as positive and inclusive as it can be. Plus, you'll help sort out any workplace issues, ensuring everyone's on the same page, no matter where theyre located. Payroll and Benefits: Youll oversee our payroll cycles, ensuring everything runs smoothly and everyones happy. You'll also be in charge of employee benefits, navigating different regulations and helping our team understand their options. HR Policies and Compliance: Keeping up-to-date with HR laws and regulations will be key. You'll help us stay on track and compliant, while also developing and tweaking our HR policies to fit our diverse team. Performance and Development: You'll support our performance management processes globally, from setting goals to performance reviews and development plans.
