Need to fill position immediately. Concierge Customer Service. For a senior independent residential apartment. Must be able to greet all residents, guest and perspective residents with a professional and warm greeting. Must be able to multi-task,answer phones and assist persons at the front desk. Will work various shifts. Must love to work around the elderly and be a friend, make them feel secure and number one always. Qualifications needed: clerical background, some knowledge with Word, Excel and the Internet. Hourly wage range from 9.00 to 10.00 per hr. Those only interested in a long extended part-time positin, are welcimed as walk-ins on saturday, November 16th 11a-5p. @680 east 100 south.
