The ideal candidate should possess excellent legal skills, leadership capabilities, and a proven track record in business development and firm management.Duties:Manage and lead case teams in trial-focused civil litigation related to patents.Provide substantive legal expertise with limited partner supervision.Conduct legal research, analysis, and preparation of legal documents.Collaborate with clients, experts, and internal teams to develop effective legal strategies.Oversee the overall progress and success of assigned cases.Requirements:Minimum of 7 years of trial-focused civil litigation experience specifically related to patents.Juris Doctorate Degree from an accredited law school.Demonstrated ability to lead and manage case teams with limited partner supervision.Strong business development, legal, leadership, and firm management skills.Undergraduate degrees in engineering, chemistry, biology, and/or computer science are highly valuable.Education:Juris Doctorate Degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:Active license to practice law in the state of California.Skills:Proficient in trial-focused civil litigation with a focus on patents.Strong legal research and analytical skills.Excellent leadership and team management abilities.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Business development acumen.Familiarity with engineering, chemistry, biology, and/or computer science concepts.
