We invite applications for a Nocturnist Anesthesiologist at Virginia Hospital Center in Arlington, VA.In collaboration with the Kaiser Foundation Health Plan of the Mid-Atlantic States, we provide high-quality, patient-centered health care. Through this partnership, our physicians are part of an industry-leading health care delivery model, having access to advanced technological tools and receiving comprehensive practice support.Eligible for $150,000.00 forgivable loan OR $150,000.00 in student loan repayment as a new hire incentive! MAPMG physicians are salaried, without the complexities of multiple insurers or fee-for-service. Our members have easy access to specialists and medical records, thus allowing you to treat the whole patient.What You Can Expect: * Labor & delivery coverage 3p-7a 2x/week OR 3p-7a 4x/week + one week off, depending on preference (salary based on 64 hours in 2 weeks) * Opportunities to work more at ASC/hospital sites for more pay * 1 weekend shift per month * Supportive environment for professional growth & leadership opportunities * A collegial group that prioritizes work/life balance * No billing or production pressureMinimum Requirements: * MD or DO * Board Certified or Eligible in Anesthesia * Currently licensed or able to obtain licenses in the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia * Work visa sponsorship is available for eligible applicants.
