The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in securities offerings and 34 Act filings, excellent academic credentials and exceptional communication skills.Duties:Conduct legal research and analysis on corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and securities law matters.Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and disclosure statements.Provide advice on compliance with securities regulations and ensure adherence to applicable laws.Represent clients in negotiations and meetings related to corporate and securities transactions.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure legal considerations are integrated into business strategies.Requirements:Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience as a Corporate, Mergers and Acquisitions, and Securities Lawyer at a law firm.Proven expertise in securities offerings and 34 Act filings.Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the State Bar of Texas or eligibility for admission.Education:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:Admission to the State Bar of Texas or eligibility for admission.Skills:Comprehensive understanding of corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and securities regulations.Excellent legal research and analysis skills.Strong negotiation and communication skills.Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and clients.
