Duties:Manage a caseload of workers' compensation cases from inception to resolution.Conduct legal research and analysis to provide sound legal advice to clients.Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.Represent clients at hearings, depositions, mediations, and other legal proceedings.Collaborate with legal support staff, paralegals, and other attorneys to ensure effective case management. Requirements:Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.Admission to the State Bar and in good standing.2-5 years of experience practicing workers' compensation law.Strong knowledge of workers' compensation laws, regulations, and procedures.Excellent litigation and negotiation skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.Exceptional organizational and time management skills. Skills:Strong legal research and analytical skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficient in drafting legal documents.Litigation and negotiation skills.Ability to manage a caseload and prioritize tasks effectively.Team collaboration and interpersonal skills.
