The ideal candidate should possess 3 years of experience, a basic understanding of federal and state court practice, and proficiency in preparing answers, discovery, and routine motions.Duties:Conduct legal research and analysis to support litigation matters.Prepare pleadings, memoranda, and other written documents for court proceedings.Attend hearings, settlement conferences, and depositions as required.Manage cases from commencement through resolution.Utilize case management skills to ensure efficient workflow.Requirements:Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial litigation.Basic knowledge of federal and state court practice.Experience preparing answers, discovery, dispositive, and other routine motions.Case management experience is strongly preferred.Fluency in Spanish is a plus.Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:Must be licensed to practice law and in good standing with the State Bar of Florida.Skills:Strong legal research and analytical skills.Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.Organizational and case management proficiency.Fluency in Spanish (preferred).Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.Adherence to ethical and professional standards.
