Providing a coaching service to 3SC customers, using professional coaching approaches. You will coach and support clients working both face to face and online (virtually). You will deliver to a range of customers that may include people in work, unemployed, identify as neurodiverse, on probation and prison leavers. Your role will primarily be working on our Integrated Offender Management (IOM) programme in London where you will be providing in person/face to face screening and coaching neurodiverse offenders and providing training and support to IOM staff with their neurodiverse participants. You may also be asked to work on other programmes, coaching neurodiverse people working both face to face and online (virtually). You will deliver to a range of customers including with people in work, unemployed. As part of a small team, other activities will be expected from time to time such as: providing training and support with business development, programme design, coordination of customer activity and being an active member of the Employment Team. Responsibilities Supervising screening services Providing one-to-one support or coaching and positively influencing other people’s development. Delivering to specified targets, quality standards and compliance measures. Using motivational and action planning techniques backssing strengths and weaknesses in a participant's performance and identifying areas for further development. Adapting to the needs and interests.
