Job Quick Facts* Specialty: Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatric Medicine* Facility Location: Louisville, KY* Board Requirement: BC/BE* Certification Requirements: DEA, BLS* Shift Schedule: Monday - Friday* Call Schedule: 1 week call every 3 months* Support Staff: 2-3 Physicians and 1 NP* Visa Candidates accepted: J1, H1-B* Minimum of 1-year clinical experience in Geriatric, Adult or Family Practice setting preferred; newly graduated residents are welcomed* EMR: Facility-owned EMR Benefits:* $225,000 base salary* Signing bonus: $15,000 - $30,000* Production bonus* Paid malpractice* CME: 5days, $3500* Relocation assistance* Pension Plan* Health, vision, dental, life, and disability coverage* Paid time off (PTO) Organization/Facility Information:This mission-driven primary care organization, is one of the most successful 'full-risk Medicare Advantage' providers in the nation and has a vision to be America---s leading primary care provider, transforming care of the neediest population.
