Representatives will be given industry-leading group sales training that will focus on building a strong group sales foundation which will be used to build a lasting career in sports.The Group Inside Sales department is a performance-based program which allows successful representatives the opportunity to get promoted to one of our four market hubs and sell groups across multiple NASCAR properties.California Speedway - CaliforniaChicagoland Speedway/Route 66 - IllinoisDarlington Raceway - South CarolinaDaytona International Speedway - FloridaHomestead-Miami Speedway - FloridaIowa Speedway - IowaKansas Speedway - KansasMartinsville Speedway - VirginiaMichigan International Speedway - MichiganPhoenix Raceway - ArizonaRichmond Raceway - VirginiaTalladega Superspeedway - AlabamaWatkins Glen International - New York Duties: Generate new sales revenue through self-prospecting and cold callingMake 80+ outbound sales calls per dayAssist with the creation, development and implementation of new concepts designed to generate new sales revenue streamsSupport existing sales campaigns by focusing on calling previous customers to regain their businessMeet and exceed weekly and monthly sales goalsProactively seek new leads through referrals, networking, and prospecting businesses and organizationsMaintain accurate and detailed records of all current clients and prospects within our CRM systemAssist Group Sales Account Executives execute group sales assets on race dayRequires some nights/weekends and limited amounts of travel for conferences or trade showsAdditional duties and tasks as assigned Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Sport Management, Marketing, or related field preferredPassion for sales and committed to being a leader in the sports industryStrong verbal, written and presentation skills Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skillsComfortable making cold calls on the phoneProficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Additional Requirements: The desired candidate must have a strong work ethic and be highly motivated to achieve sales goals.
