About the Job Team members are responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience through consistently providing friendly, responsive service, great food, and a clean restaurant environment for all guests. Kitchen Team Members may work in a variety of stations including food prep, breading, fry station, grill station, dishes, packaging, trash removal etc. Responsibilities Create a food safe environment by ensuring all restaurant policies, procedures, standards, specifications, and guidelines are followedEnsure that all food and products are consistently prepared and served according to the restaurant's recipes, portioning, cooking, and serving standards Put away food, boxes, product, produce, and supplies delivered from vendors to correct placement in the restaurant Maintaining a clean kitchen including all dishes and equipment Minimum qualifications Must be able work on Saturdays Able to work at a quick, efficient and thorough pace in a kitchenAble to stand and/or walk during shift and move freely throughout the kitchen, restaurant, indoors and outdoorsAble to work indoors and outdoors Able to reach, bend, stoop, lift and/or carry up to 75 poundsAble to go up and down from laddersDemonstrates integrity and ethical behaviorSelf-starter who takes initiative and willingly accepts responsibility Preferred qualifications Prior experience in cooking, breading, frying, prep, and dishwashing a plusDemonstrate a strong awareness and concern for food quality and safety Benefits Competitive pay.
