Service Delivery Manager : Berkshire GBP40,000: GBP45,000 + Bonus + Benefits IT Consultancy are expanding as a team and currently require a Service Delivery Manager. Established over 35 years ago, our client specialises is the delivery of complete end to end managed service solutions to the Public Sector. Dealing with clients across the UK, this Service Delivery Manager position will deal with customers predominately across Berkshire and London. for the role, the following is required: 5 years experience working as Service Delivery Manager with a comprehensive understanding of the Managed Service market. Ability to work in a hybrid role (3 days office/site based) Be security cleared or be able to pass to this level. ITIL v3 or v4 preferred. Full driving license Duties will include: Being the primary point of contact to customers ensuring SLA stipulations are met. Attending performance reviews with clients offering data and analysis for service improvement. Assisting in running system interrogation to minimise future technical issues. Attending meetings with new customers to provide guidance of service delivery options. The Service Delivery Manager will receive a full benefits packager, the autonomy to manage customers and have indirect responsibility of the technical team.
