The successful candidate will combine business acumen with excellent communication skills, able to engage in complex analysis while translating solutions into nontechnical terms for key users. This is great fit for someone looking to roll up their sleeves and play a key role in building the information architecture to support a dynamic and growing organization. Experience & Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in management information systems (MIS), computer science, information systems, or information technology - 5+ years of experience with work with databases, data procedures, and data administration - 5+ year(s) experience in data coordination, data managements, and data analysis - A strategic, business oriented mindset with a strong understanding of how to use information to optimize key strategic and day-to-day decisions. - Demonstrated experience in implementing data frameworks and driving continuous improvement - Familiarity with database design and current technologies - High level proficiency with Microsoft Office. Experience with Crystal reports and a Citrix environment are an asset - An analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and ability to think outside of the box Why Work at S3?
