Reporting to and working closely with the Operations Manager, the successful Operations Assistant will take responsibility for providing technical and administrative support, ensuring the effective day to day delivery of operations of the department. Our products range from exotic tropical plant displays to fresh flower arrangements, entrance arches to framed moss wall panels, bespoke built-in planters to high-level trailing features, giant green walls to bespoke branded signage, etc. As such, the ideal candidate will be IT-savvy, logical, personable and trustworthy with good attention to detail. Applications are particularly encouraged from practical individuals with the ability to roll their sleeves up and drive efficiencies. The role is designed to provide extra support across a dynamic, fast-paced department with multiple priorities in play at any one time.
