With good coverage and excellent specialty back up including an onsite Hospitalist program, this practice is built for longevity which is reflected in their high retention rate. Shifts are generally 8 hours, scheduling is flexible and all of the partners share days, nights, weekends & holidays evenly regardless of seniority. Compensation is very strong for the region and includes quarterly bonuses, full benefits and a pension plan. In addition to all of this, what makes this possibility truly special is the location.
