THE IDEAL CANDIDATE IS:-- --- Engaged and committed to growing and strengthening a well-established program-- --- Motivated to implement new services and support ideas-- --- Outgoing and has a desire to work with other departments for a multi-disciplinary approach-- --- Interested in making the practice their own-- --- A team player - leadership interest or experience is a bonus-- PRACTICE SPECIFICS - J1 CONSIDERED --- 4.5 day work week with no call-- --- Employed model-- --- Excellent well-established diabetes program with nurse practitioner, dietitians and certified educators-- --- Outpatient practice with opportunity for inpatient consults-- --- More than 200 referring physicians-- --- Collegial group of clinicians-- --- Full benefits including malpractice with tail, 401K with match, CME and more----- REQUIREMENTS-- --- BC/BE in Endocrinology--
