Registered Nurse Convenient location to Route 9 and the Mass Pike! We are recruiting for our client in Framingham, MA. This is a long-term care environment. $36 to $45 per hour based on experience and shift differential. Weekend bonus opportunity! Multiple shift opportunities available! Registered Nurse - RN Qualifications: MA RN - Registered Nurse License. Associate degree or higher Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language. Passion for working with elderly. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. PCC experience a huge plus! Registered Nurse - RN (Short-Term Care) Job Summary: Respond to all staff, family members and residents in a courteous, patient and caring manner. Follow established standards of nursing practices and implement facility policies and procedures. Interpret existing policies and procedures to nursing staff, residents, families and physicians. Supervise and evaluate all direct resident care and initiate corrective action as necessary. Manage shift change reports and record sufficient information to implement appropriate follow-up action. Conduct resident rounds daily, reporting problems to nursing supervisor and initiating corrective action immediately.
