The appointed Legal Assistant will be responsible for assisting the team and the wider departments where required to ensure exceptional levels of client care. In this role as a Legal Conveyancing Assistant, your key duties will include, providing quotes to clients, file closing, handling enquires from estate agents, clients and solicitors and general administrative duties. The position offers a friendly and supportive work environment and the opportunity to take on an exciting role. THE CANDIDATE: Applications are welcomed from candidates that will have gained a minimum of 12 months experience within a similar role. You should possess excellent client care skills and the ability to communicate well with colleagues and clients alike. The appointed legal professional will be joining at a busy time, and you must be able to hit the ground running and adapt quickly to a busy workload.
