The APM m a n a g es t h e P ro j e c t do c u m e n ts, i n c l u d i n g f i n a n cia l s , c o ns t r u c t i o n do c u m e n ts a n d sub-contractor su b m i ss i o ns . The APM also ensures the ord e r ly f l o w o f i n f o r m a ti o n between I-Grace, subcontractors and vendors. RESPONSIBILITIES Maintains u pd ated b u d g ets, logs, a n d B u y o u t w or k s h e e t s , pro c e ss i n g Ch a n g e Orders and T r a d e A w a rd s , pro c e ss es su b c on tra c t o r / v e n do r i nv o ic e s , a n d pr e p a r es W a i v e r s o f L i e n . Assists in estimating process by interacting with Subcontractors and performing take offs. P r e p a res C o mm i t m e n t do c u m e n ts and contracts with subcontractors and suppliers as d ire c ted b y P ro j e c t M a n a g er, Senior Project Manager o r P r o j e c t E x e c u ti v e. Participates i n t h e bu y - o u t o f m i n o r s c op es ( i . e. g lazi n g , b ath a c c e s s or ies, e t c .) . REQUIREMENTS 2 + y e ar s o f c o ns t r u cti o n e x p e r ie n c e , pr e f e r a b l y r eside n tial, luxury retail or tenant improvement. Engineering, Architecture or Construction Management degree preferred. Expertise in MS Office Suite. Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Autodesk Build and Sage 300/Timberline preferred. COMPENSATION Weekly compensation is commensurate with experience and could range from $50k to $100k annually.
